Since I do not often have the money to burn on spa and body treatments, and even on super-expensive products to pamper my girly self, I am really grateful that there are stuff avaialble in the market that won’t really burn a nasty hole in my pocket, but still keep me satisfied and well, pampered anytime I want to.

  1. Body soaps with moisturizers. Like Dove Cream Bar and Olay Age Defying Body Bar, which for me, never lies when they advertise that within seven days one will see a significant change in their skin. You can actually already skip the lotion if you use these products, and they can even be used for mild facal cleansing (like when you wash your face before you go to bed or in the morning, that is, if it isn’t your sced to exfoliate) and they don’t irritate one bit. They’re a bit pricier than the regular soaps but hey, you get the benefits and functions of soap, lotion and facial cleanser in one bar so it’s pretty much a steal.

  1. All-in-one facial creams. Personally i am using this multi-purpose whitening cream because i want to get rid of pimple marks right away, and it works! I am using Olay all-in-one Fairness which is a whitening cream, sunscreen, spot-remover and moisturiser in one. Another good product is Garnier Light Complete but it has a thicker formula which doesn’t glide well on my skin so I use Olay instead. With these all-in-one creams, you get to save lots of moolah and spend only on one product instead of buying separate creams, spot remover, suncreen and moisturiser. Besides, won’t your face feel like somebody mixed a deadly potion on them if you use these products one on top of the other? Ick.

  1. Hair treatments in Sachets. Pantene and Creamsilk both have them in sachets good for one or two uses (depending on hair length) which you can use once or twice a week (along with your regular shampoo-conditioner regimen) and they definitely can save you trips to the parlor and lots of cash, which you can instead use to buy other stuff to prettify yourself.

  1. Vitamin C and Lots of H2O. If you’re one of those who want to have fairer, clearer complexion, these two should be taken abundantly and regularly. It keeps not just your skin, but your entire body healthy as well. 500 to 1000 milligrams of Vitamin C and the standard eight glasses of water each day should do the trick. And of course, combine this with the right food and plenty of exercise as well.

That’s it for now. Next time, i will share a few “baon” recipes and work-out tips. 😉
